I was seen quickly, the facility was clean, and the staff very knowledgeable.
Called to get into Madison Urgent care: They do not accept appointment- walk-ins only. The girl failed to tell me that the Madison location was closed. We got there and was directed by sign on door to proceed to Urgent Care in Saybrook. The front office staff was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. The wait was over an hour and a half. The provider, Jude was very nice and professional.
