Doctor Ricardo Perez and his staff are the best.
I have public transportation issues, and as such, I am reliant on public buses, and I have a disability. I missed 2 appointments through no fault of my own, and was rudely told I'll be receiving a letter stating I should seek pulmonary care else where... now I have to find a new pulmonologist further away! When I told Jennifer, she said she called dial-a-ride to see if I was telling the truth!!!..I'll be reporting this to the administrators!
