Awful experience with this group. I went in with some gastro issues and was told by the physician (Dr. Liu) that I was due for a 10 year screening and he would bill it as such, which he did not. I knew my issues weren't anything a colonoscopy was going to diagnose and would have declined had he not said it would be submitted for my screening. very unprofessional, i was told i was getting tested for cancer because i had a procedure scheduled and i already have bad anxiety as is. i canceled my procedure and was told im gonna get charged $150 and i have state insurance. this is absolutely ridiculous. i hope this reaches someone’s attention sooner than later. will be going elsewhere.
I cant praise these professionals more. Robin, Holly, EZ , and Dr .Parades are truly wonderful. Caring, supportive and kind. Thank you to all. I had the best!
Dr Paredes is absolutely amazing and the staff in the endoscopy center are wonderful. I would recommend this practice a thousand times over again!
