Due to moving to different homes, this is my third gastroenterology physician and the only one that disappointed. Unlike other GI practices, you do not meet or speak to the gastroenterologist at your consultation. I did not meet Dr. R. until ten minutes before going under anesthesia. Awful experience with this group. I went in with some gastro issues and was told by the physician (Dr. Liu) that I was due for a 10 year screening and he would bill it as such, which he did not. I knew my issues weren't anything a colonoscopy was going to diagnose and would have declined had he not said it would be submitted for my screening. very unprofessional, i was told i was getting tested for cancer because i had a procedure scheduled and i already have bad anxiety as is. i canceled my procedure and was told im gonna get charged $150 and i have state insurance. this is absolutely ridiculous. i hope this reaches someone’s attention sooner than later. will be going elsewhere.
I cant praise these professionals more. Robin, Holly, EZ , and Dr .Parades are truly wonderful. Caring, supportive and kind. Thank you to all. I had the best!
Dr Paredes is absolutely amazing and the staff in the endoscopy center are wonderful. I would recommend this practice a thousand times over again!
