the people that work at Lloyd have been fantastic. However, they moved to an AI answering service that is the worst. It feels like it's running on ChatGPT version .001. It's very frustrating and feels incredibly disrespectful to long time customers making us talk to this stupid thing instead of a human. margins were too thin to keep your lovely in-office staff? Real 0/10 move. That AI answering service sucks, you should get your money back...
Lloyd service techs are always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful every time they perform work for us. They are always my first choice for everything planned or emergency.
Our techniician was great at clearly explaining the needed repair and services offered by Lloyds. He was punctual and efficient.
Person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful, I am looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship
I don't appreciate your $14.94 monthly charge. Why I got sucked into that, I can't remember.
