Exceptional customer service from the first call through the service to the follow up. The technician, Mr. Foster, and his partner Derek, carefully and fully explained each step of the needed repairs. Costs were outlined in detail up front (no surprises), and the work was done quickly, professionally, and with great respect for our home.
They just show up, do what they can to educate and inform me then do the work!!
Very disappointing- I had joined their “club” paying a monthly fee and this past spring we were in Florida and our furnace quit. The temp was 20 degrees and when I called them they said it would take 3 days to get a tech out. I found someone else that took care of the problem Apparently they cannot perform 24/7 service. Totally unprofessional and I would caution everyone to stay away from this company. Louis Bravakis
