A technician erroneously installed springs rated for a 160-lb garage door. My door weighs 120 LB. This caused the pulleys and cables to fail and put excessive force stress on my garage door opener. I had to replace the springs, pulleys, cables, and garage door opener. When this was brought to their attention, the VP of the company refused to take responsibility for their technicians' mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
