Felix was great at keeping me updated. Great service dropped off my car for an oil change without an appointment. Then they delivered it to me once the maintenance was completed. Wow!
Back to one star. I gave this dealership a one star review for the hassle they put me through when trying to buy and program a key for my 2019 F150 (they don’t keep spare keys, they don’t communicate with you, the service people don’t know what’s going on). I was contacted and asked to change my one star rating if they made it right. It’s now been over a month later and after I followed up a week ago, they still haven’t contacted me about a replacement key.
Nice, clean place while waiting for your car services.. Mr. David Vazquez Sanchez is excellent man.
