Well met a super nice Internet Sales Mgr at 5 Star Ford in Carrolton Tx ! He had an ad on Facebook for a 25 Ford Mustang ! Great followup and worked really hard to get me a deal and it was an Awesome experience ! When I came in to Test Drive the Mustang it was out front super clean and ready for a test drive ! Bought a new truck from this dealership. They were willing to provide real numbers with no added bs like most other dealership hide extras into breakdown
This dealership at this location has always been great in providing service and maintaining my SUV. It is easy to schedule an appointment and they do a thorough job every time. I will definitely keep coming back!
Went in for the standard oil change, tire rotation and coolant flush. Like normal all went well, vehicle was serviced and I had 2 hotdogs while waiting from the Saturday cook out for employees and customers. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable about my F-150 as usual. Only thing missing was a high performance RWD Explorer ST on the showroom floor.
Rating applies to service department. Improper tire installation led to premature valve stem failure and risk of catastrophic tire blowout. Did not return multiple calls to discuss our safety concerns.
