The personnel in this clinic do the best they can with the resources they have. Yes, they would love to have more access and support for our growing veteran population. They would love to have a bigger clinic. There are veterans there working their hardest to support the system. Greater healthcare delivery takes more doctors, nurses, and support staff to accomplish. Useless clinic with no staff and no helpful personnel. Weeks and weeks to get anything. No wonder so many Vets take their lives dealing with a trash program like these.
I cannot express in words how disappointed I am with the veterans administration. I medically retired from the Army last year with 100% P&T and it has been nearly impossible to get anything beyond the bare minimum of health Care out of the VA. Today was the last straw. After months of being pushed off, canceled on, or told that I can't be seen when I finally have an appointment I get and email saying it's canceled.
