After years of consigning items I will NEVER consign with them again!! The staff is out of touch, horrendously rude, and quite frankly have no idea how much an item costs. Consigning an item shouldn’t feel like a haggling war just to make a dollar. The consignor should feel that the reasonable price that they want to sell their item at is worthwhile. Not haggle till it’s FREE. Besides, consignment stores only make money when an item sells. Hmmm...who would have thought.
very helpful and knowledgeable staff! such a great resource and selection of used tack, especially saddles. they will happily allow you to take saddles on trial which was super helpful in my case.
