I can’t say enough good things about this gym & the coaches/trainers!! Thanks to them, I’ve met goals and exceeded them!! My husband and I recently got stationed here with the military, so he went to go check out Middleburg S&C. We are longtime crossfitters, so we were excited to see a gym so close to our new home! He went in to try and talk to someone but didn’t see anyone at the front, so he just waited around until he could talk to the coach after they were done running the class.
