They picked up my mower, ordered parts for it and had it ready when they stated and dropped it back off. It was 3 weeks, but it was explained before they picked it up. Great work and I appreciate your company’s way of doing business!
Had to take my mower in, they were not able to fix it.But great service and support and trying to help me figure out what was wrong
Took my mower. Told me it would be three weeks. Been over a month and still not even a call of work to be done. Asked just to get my mower back and I’m being charged 70$. What a crack pot company. Will go to any other competition no questions asked.
A complete waste of time…. I called before venturing out with an issue regarding belt replacement. Was told by technician well sometimes these aren’t made to be replaced…. Well why would they sell a belt for replacement and now you want me to leave it for a month to replace a $8 belt……. SMH…
