Went in for a mammogram. I already don’t want to be here, but the Pro-booby docs keep pushing it. The tech made me feel like I was doing everything wrong, my fault my breasts are dense, it’s only ten minutes of pain she said. It took everything out of me not to walk out. I got the best help and care from members of the Physical Therapy team, especially Jeff Bonezzi, who was crucial to my recovery from knee replacement surgery.
My 73 year old mother came in from Texas to see my one year old daughter. Unfortunately the house came down with Strep Throat. Seeing how my mother is in from Texas we were unable to make an appt online because she does not have MyChart, we called prior to the visit to see if we were able to check in online and they said no over the phone. The wait time was initially listed online as 30 minutes. We are currently sitting in the waiting room for close to an hour and 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Love this place. Close to home. Parking is ok. Could use more handicap spots. Waiting area is large which allows people to spread out and not catch something. I been there for lab work, radiology, walk in and PT . I never waited to long. The lab is kick ass, in and out you go. The greating staff are good. Possibly signage would be helpful so you know where to wait. Therapy area is huge and modern. I had gone to the old location by the cinema and this was a great upgrade.
