It was a client of Middleburg bank for 14 years they were the best people I have ever worked with in my entire career. As of the changeover to access national bank however, not only have my accounts had more issues than I ever, I have also had the worst customer service. Also I've been treated the worst from being hung up on by a branch manager to having my employees treated extremely poorly just for walking into the facility. I find it absolutely ridiculous that this bank won’t break down larger bills at the window unless youre a member.
