Good neighborhood with friendly neighbors but the gate is broken again and not dialing any numbers. I can’t get to my house after dark because the gate is shut!
Went middleborne homes this morning at 12pm, to look at a house we really liked not only this young blond lady she works at the office was late but she was very rude the moment she arrived, and turned us completely off. She immediately asked are you buying today, she didn’t like my answer and told us this is not the builder for you. We are approved for 1.2M+ and we are going to take our business elsewhere.
Fix the gate! It’s always broken and we can’t get into our home unless someone who has an actual gate opener (2 per house) comes through!
The overall build quality was good. As is common, some interior design-related issues arose during construction, but the approachable supervisor addressed most deficiencies promptly. New owners should exercise caution when selecting natural or wave-patterned countertops, insisting on viewing the actual slab before fabrication to ensure it meets their expectations. Later we also discovered code violation of front door glass installation. I believe some subcontractors do poor job.
