Nice builder and Neighbourhood
The overall build quality was good. As is common, some interior design-related issues arose during construction, but the approachable supervisor addressed most deficiencies promptly. New owners should exercise caution when selecting natural or wave-patterned countertops, insisting on viewing the actual slab before fabrication to ensure it meets their expectations.
Some of the people in this neighborhood are against the homeless vets, especially the KAREN that called the police and explained, "just get him out of here". Disgusting.
They do not like homeless veterans.
Excellent area to live with your family. A hidde gem.
