I have been living at Middle Village Apartments for several years and things just get worse and worse at this apartment complex. It used to be a relatively nice apartment complex but during the past 5 years or so it has become borderline rundown. The problem is that the Landlord/Superintendant appears to not be interested in doing any repairs and comes up with any excuse not to do things and will play any game in order to avoid doing repairs. After only a few months living here, I already have a long list of complaints. The apartment looked very nice, with hardwood floors and new windows, and it was available immediately. However, from day 1 the management made up for it. The key they gave me didnt open the front door and the fridge didnt work, and the super left the premises as soon as he got my signature on the lease and wasnt to be seen again until I called the rental agency and complained.Its been downhill from thre.
