Our experience with Middle TN IG has been so seamless and extremely preferable to searching for our own coverage. Our agent has gone above and beyond multiple times to help our family with our insurance needs across the board, and they are incredibly responsive and quick, always with multiple options. Love this group!
The absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Terrible service, misinformation repeatedly. Was given quotes…. Cancelled old policy, then bamn….. oops, two different agents, made mistakes, so sorry, our insurance is $350.00 dollars more a month than our old policy!!!!!!!!!! We are furious!!! This is wrong!
I have been with Middle TN Insurance Group for about 3 years , after having to switch from Farmers. Never gave a second thought to changing. They periodically review my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. Scott is my usual contact but everyone there is always helpful when I call. These folks go above and beyond to meet your needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My family started with Middle TN Insurance a year ago when our son moved to TN. They went above and beyond for our young son who had no clue what he was doing. They provided auto & renters insurance and gave advice on registering his car etc. In the last few months me and my husband and my parents moved to TN and Middle TN has covered us all with Auto, Homeowners, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
