I kept on having issues with my insurance. Then I decided to check them out. As of right now I am extremely satisfied with my service. Briana was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my needs and found me the best rate. I would marry that woman she was so helpful. Such a positive attitude and very patient with me. Thank you Middle TN for everything. Everyone is wonderful there!
Autumn is AMAZING!! She is so friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Outstanding customer service. I reached out with an abnormal issue on my home insurance and Amanda was so helpful. She acted as liaison, communicating with all parties and retrieving documents needed on my behalf, while showing great compassion and sympathy for the inconvenience. This was definitely one of the most personable experiences I’ve had with an insurance company!
Ryan is amazing to work with. I have used him for all my insurance needs. Recently I bought a new car and not only did he have coverage on it in 10 minutes he saved me $30 a month!! He rocks!!!!
