Absolutely the worst and scariest business owner. He lives there and harrasses you every time you come to your unit. follows you around and stares at you. Complains about everything you do. He has several dog that will just run up and chase you and he doesn’t detain them. He has a sign that says parking in rear so we parked in back to quickly use my parents car to get more stuff and he towed it within 15 minutes!
