Terrific experience with Chris and Adam. Nothing better than working with local owner operators who take a long-term relationship mindset, are very straightforward to work with, and are masters of their craft. Based out of Murfreesboro, but serve all of Nashville too.
Contacted Chris & Adam with MTI a few weeks ago to perform an overall check of my irrigation system. They were very prompt, polite and communicative and answered all of my questions. They assessed that everything was functioning as it should, didn’t recommend any unnecessary work. Changed out a sprinkler head for better coverage. Had them back today to winterize my system. Thanks guys! See you in the spring!
I recently contacted Middle TN Irrigation to resolve a system issue that my "previous" landscape company tried to fix for 2 years on multiple occaisons. Chris responded to my call the same day, made a special trip to help me, and assessed and fixed my system within 30 minutes. Today, I called them because I thought I had cracked a irrigation pipe while digging this weekend. They came out, same day, determined that nothing was damaged so no repaire work was required. MTI = Exceptional Service I first met Adam and Chris at Middle Tennessee Irrigation in May of 2021 when they came to my lawn's rescue after another local company left me high and dry and unprofessionally didn't return my messages. After a month of no responses, I reached out to MTI and from the beginning they were prompt, courteous and worked my home irrigation issue into their schedule within 2 days of our telephone conversation.
