Mrs. Cody and doctor Eric have made my process easier then I thought it would be. They truly are for the people and very knowledgeable when it comes to your feet if you ever have ANY foot problems I recommend Dr. Eric....
Just an overall terrible place to go. No matter how very nice I was, Dr Bouldin and his nurse were always so mean, and had an attitude. The woman at the front desk was such a sweetheart though. I was never once listened to during my appointments. Any questioned asked I was treated as if it was silly of me to even ask. Brushed aside as “well nothings going to work, only surgery, or live with it”. Went to get a second opinion and turns out that’s not the case. At all. Made an appointment for my child to see the doctor. They refused to see him because I was at work and my mother, who had his insurance card and information and our permission for him to be treated, was the only one there. Absolutely rude and ridiculous to allow my son to be in pain and refused him treatment without notification that this was there policy. WOULD NOT advise anyone to come see this practice.
Did not even get in to see the doctor. My son made an appointment for my 9 year old grandson to have his hurting foot looked at. A very rude nurse came out and said,"a parent must bring him". I told her they both work and I take hime to all doctor appointments.She actually shrugged her shoulders.I asked if they would call his mom or dad. Nope. I am so disappointed.
