If you value your health and expect to be treated with basic respect, this practice is not the place for you. After more than a decade as a patient, I have finally decided not to return. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive, treating patients as though they are an inconvenience. My dad went to this Drs office for 3 years and never saw the doctor. He was 88 when he started going there - and I thought it was really strange that they never booked appts ahead, often we had to call for refills, files weren't shared with other providers. He's going to CenterWell now and he is so much happier and said he feels like he's finally with a team that truly cares.

I have trusted Dr. Katherine Jones and her staff with my health for two+ decades. Simply put, she is amazing, thorough, compassionate and determined to find answers and remedies. I trust my life and health to her care.

Michael Trimble is rude, dismissive, and doesn’t care about his patients. He has made rude comments to one of my family member’s about personal matters. He has been dismissive to multiple women in my family. He can’t call his patients back. I had a prescription issue and he avoided it, told the receptionist for me to just talk to my pharmacy (which I already had), and left for the weekend. Never thought I’d ever see the day…. That I’d call my PCP office for a sick appt and am told.…. “I’m sorry but we’re booked up all week!” Sad VERY SAD!!! I’ve been sick since Thursday night with a simple sinus infection…. In Ga I could call and office would say sure come in first thing and we will work you in. Dr would come in and listen to my lungs ( I’m an asthmatic) look in my ears and nose etc (I’ve had 2 major sinuses surgeries) order an Antibiotic shot and a steroid shot.
