My wife and I both are patients Here. We have always had great service, Attentive staff, and Miss Donna the nurse practitioner is amazing. My wife says, “she takes the time to listen to you “. We have always gotten in and out very quickly, but never rushed.
We found Anna Cannone, the PA here at Middle TN Family care, and she is the best provider we have ever had! She is extremely attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and caring, and she is genuinely advocating and working toward our health and wellbeing. Genuinely love and appreciate her as our PCP!!
Absolutely used to love this place but recently it has taken a turn. The new phone system sucks, they never respond and are always closed on Fridays.
If you value your health and expect to be treated with basic respect, this practice is not the place for you. After more than a decade as a patient, I have finally decided not to return. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive, treating patients as though they are an inconvenience. My dad went to this Drs office for 3 years and never saw the doctor. He was 88 when he started going there - and I thought it was really strange that they never booked appts ahead, often we had to call for refills, files weren't shared with other providers. He's going to CenterWell now and he is so much happier and said he feels like he's finally with a team that truly cares.
