I got a text today telling me that I have a scheduled appointment for the next day and I have not talked to one person from this office. I never set an appointment or know where this office is. I have never dealt with an office where they will work with your GP and set up something without talking to the patient first.
Update: Seems this was a one off, and I was being a bit salty. The Columbia office is always packed, the Spring Hill office is great and quick. This place is awful, and likes to waste your time. On average am waiting 30-40 minutes past my appointment time just to get seen. Go anywhere else.

If I could have given this office a 10 I would have for professionalism, everything being handled in a timely manner and Dr Parey answering all my questions. Including Dr Parey answering additional questions and concerns I had after hours. I would highly recommend this Doctor and his staff.
