I am not going to even give them one star. They don't deserve it. I am a Veteran and went to ER in McMinnville in July 2023 with heart issues. VA paid all my bills. In November 2025 I get a collections notice. 28 months after the ER visit. I call Fox Collections agency find out the info. I call VA and MTEP never sent VA a bill. Never sent me any bill or notice. Very poorly ran
Worst hospital everWent to ER Feb 2025. Never received a bill and was sent to collections in August 2025. They claim to not have my address! They and the St Thomas Ascension hospital copied my license and insurance and email and phone numbers. I paid the hospital no problem. MTEP staff must be incompetent.
Sent me a bill months latter. I had a blood clot in my leg the doctor even didn't find, but my primary care did. Didn't process my insurance and couldn't call or chat with them to resolve it. St. Thomas needs to severe ties with this organization and doctors affiliated with it.

Billed my insurance $2500 for a “closed reduction”. They didn’t do anything except give me a boot that was too big for my broken foot.
