Everyone I deal with in person or on the phone has been extremely pleasant and helpful.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The reps are not consistent and do not know, or understand, their own policies.
The representative I spoke with was very nice. I enjoyed speaking with her. I wish I could remember her name.
We had a tree fall around 9pm on a Friday taking out our electricity. They were out by 10pm and spent close to 3 hours repairing our line. Dimo (sp?) Went above and beyond to get us up and running including moving a pile of gravel and interacting with our neighbors. We now compare all customer service to Dimo as the ideal.
