We have never had a bill this high!!!!!!! We have fairly new appliances including the HVAC, 4 years old, now MTE took over and it seems the more we turn our heat down to try and save the more they charge . I am seriously considering getting an attorney as well as the Tennessee State auditor involved. Somebody needs to inform them of the Tennessee Price Gouging Act of 2002 . . There is something seriously unlawful about what they are doing and if they are caught i pray they pay for with prison time!
Absolutely the greatest. They are always super fast when restoring service and never had a problem with the bill. Highly recommend. Recently when asked to change our light pole light from the older yellow to a new LED, they replaced it within a few days.
