I am explaining a review i had previously done. 2 weeks ago i rented a chain saw from here. I brought it home to use. It would not start. I hired people to assist me with a project so it was frustrating. I called but they were closed for the day. After a few hours it started. Then the chain fell off and we had to call a friend to come out to get the chain back on. Now very frustrated. Eddie was so helpful and friendly when assisting us in our RV rental return to Middle Island Rental. He went above and beyond by providing exceptional customer service, as did his colleagues as I watched them assist other customers while I was there. I definitely would recommend doing business with this place!
