I called Georgia House Buyers with a few questions and had a really good experience. They were polite, patient, and took the time to answer everything clearly. They also followed up with me in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Overall, very courteous and professional to speak with
Had a home we had in the family for years as a rental. Tenant moved out and trashed it so we were wanting to sell it. Contacted Michelle. And decided to sell it to them as it worked out for us and them. They were great to work with from adding no pressure for us to sell it as well as using their closing attorney and made the process seemless. We high recommend Georgia House Buyers.
Submitted the home details and waited to hear from them. About 24 hours later I get nothing but a text saying they’re not interested with no real explanation. I guess if you price your home for what it’s worth or it’s not a flip, they don’t want it.
I got new job out of state and needed to sell quickly. Gerald and Michelle were friendly, professional, and willing to work on my timeline. I would recommend them to anyone.
