Staff, Tech were very rude. I had a nuclear stress test today. The person who did the test did NOT wear gloves when starting my IV. I had to ask him to put in gloves when removing the IV. Very condescending and patronizing to me who was self advocating due to past trauma and severe anxiety.
wouldn't give one star if I could. delay in patient care, can't answer phone calls and placed on hold for 20 mins.
