I was looking for a specific part. The parts dept is extremely helpful. They took the time to listen exactly what I needed and "Bingo" got me the correct part and I was up and running. pricing is very competitive, I'm a happy customer

Working with the service department at Middle GA Freightliner has been a pleasurable experience. I work in the office and was give the task of communicating with one of our trucks broken down. The entire staff at service department was friendly and always able to answer my questions ( dictated by my boss ) . Something that I have little experience in dealing with service and technicians. They made me understand what was going on and took interest in making sure I was comfortable with the responses they provided me.
I just wanted to give a thumbs up to the whole crew at Middle GA Freightliner. These guys did a great job on my truck and finished on time and at the price I expected. Very fair shake. From the 1st initial phone call I received courteous professional advise. This was then followed through with the service department as well as open communications advising me of the progress of the repairs. Very professional and fair with the pricing. Middle Georgia Freightliner -Isuzu has worked with us and really has proven that their service department is dedicated to customer service. We originally brought our tractor in for service when we experienced a break-down while traveling through the states. The check engine lights came on and the tractor shut down. We originally spoke to Heath and he was able to get the tractor into the service bay and do an express diagnosis.
