Best dealer / repair shop in Georgia. On our way to Montana on our brand new RV, the module that powers the dashboard went bad. we arrived at the shop in the morning and by 2 pm, there was a diagnose and part was ordered for overnight delivery. We were back on the road the very next day. Matt and the entire team was amazing. they kept our RV plugged in overnight so our food wouldn't go to waste. if you ever breakdown on the road, make sure you do it close to this company. our vacation was not ruin because of them. My husband and I are so pleased with the staff and techs at this location. Mainly Ms Debroah in the service department, she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. She kept the lines of communication open and assured me many times not to worry about the wait time. Thank you again Ms Debroah!!!
We had a check engine light suddenly appear a which caused unplanned stop in Macon, GA. The service department at Middle Georgia Freightliner was able to work me in and diagnose what the issue was. Cody Miller was exceptionally helpful and kept us informed of the progress in working through our problem. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing service on their Freightliner.

RecommendedTook my old Rigmaster to them to replace the belt and starter. I am so happy with the exceptional work. They have made a customer for life. Michael at the body shop knows his stuff and took care of the problems I had with my unit. Not expensive for a dealership. Thanks guys from Crazy Hair. Gnomecadia is very happy and ready for this year's truck show season.
I usually don't write reviews but the girl in the office named Snow was exceptional in helping me get an issue resolved under warranty. Originally the warranty was not going to be covered but she took the time to speak to the manufacturer and explain all of the issues with the truck. I am very thankful she got involved and assisted me with the extra time to get to the right department within the manufacturer. The company has compassion and cares about customers.
Sales manager was very helpful and didn't let me leave without buying a truck. Pricing was fair, didn't feel pressured yet they really wanted to earn my business and didn't want to lose me to competition. there's a fine line between pushy and professional and these guys are top notch professional salesmen.
Hands down the best customer service and attention to detail we have ever experienced with a Freightliner dealership. We send out high end product and rely on our trucks being up and running properly. Never had any issues and the service team was very friendly with us. Honest price and quick service. Great service! We can't be happier, we recommend Middle GA and definitely 2 thumbs up!
