I asked to schedule my yearly physical so instead they scheduled me for another item, which I have no idea what it even was. They never answer the phone, they do not respond to messages, they keep trying to get me to stay longer so they get more money. I found a new doctor who listens, schedules me for what I ask, and answers the phone on the first ring. This practice used to be so much better.
