The kindest and most understanding management, Great maintenance team. All are hardworking, friendly, and truly make this place feel warm and inviting. Everything works well; they always seem to have everything managed perfectly. Lucy and Shem are fantastic, ever since Lucy took on the role of property manager, things have changed for the better.
I lived there for many years and thought it was great! It was always clean around the laundry room and elevators. Along with having lock boxes in the mail room. In addition, the walking paths were always clear of snow and the environment is very friendly. There are also lots of washing machines, I never had problems with them being full. Lastly, it was very convenient by having a nice heated garage and quick bus rides.
