Actually the worst place possible to live in Vail. Property manager was never on site or in office, head of maintenance never does work orders in a punctual fashion multiple tenants complained about orders taking weeks to fix a 10 minute repair. Snow removal doesn’t take place before 10am so walking on ice and snow is a usual occurrence, elevator was often down for multiple days (illegal in a complex above a few stories for more than a day).
