This is such a beautiful community. It is super convenient to walk to Vail and I love the covered parking. Great team, and very responsive (Lucy, Shem, Drew and Kim!)
The service and attention for my lease renovation was easy to handle. Lucy and her team is awesome. Thank you! :)
Lucy is the absolute best. Been here for a year and she always finds a way to help out. Thank you so much for your work and compassion Lucy!
The kindest and most understanding management, Great maintenance team. All are hardworking, friendly, and truly make this place feel warm and inviting. Everything works well; they always seem to have everything managed perfectly. Lucy and Shem are fantastic, ever since Lucy took on the role of property manager, things have changed for the better.
I lived there for many years and thought it was great! It was always clean around the laundry room and elevators. Along with having lock boxes in the mail room. In addition, the walking paths were always clear of snow and the environment is very friendly. There are also lots of washing machines, I never had problems with them being full. Lastly, it was very convenient by having a nice heated garage and quick bus rides.
