I had a bad experience with this dentist. The receptionist when I called verified all my insurance and information and made me an appointment. I turned in all my paper work on the portal and when the appointment time came I drove 30 mins to get there. When I arrived I was told my insurance was acceptable. This is bad customer service and it appears that the people working the front desk don't know how to approve insurance and wasted my time. I would not recommend them not professional what so ever.
