We recently lost our beloved cat of fifteen years. Charlie had been a patient of Dr. Clark's from the time we brought him home at three months old. We could not ask for a more thorough or empathetic doctor. It was plain to see how much Dr. Clark cared for Charlie during all office visits, both well and sick. Best veternarians on the island! Loving and caring and my 3 dogs love them all. The girls are all sweet and dr clark and dr cavallo are awesome.
Most of the staff was rude and disrespectful. I wasn't comfortable with how they handled my pet. dr cavallo was the most unprofessional, rude and horrible vet ive ever met she was literally yelling at me for asking too many questions and told me she "doesn't tell owners more than they need to know" and im "lucky" she explained as much as she did. my dog was very sick and they told me he has cancer. but it turns out he didn't have cancer at all. i cant even explain how horrible my dog and i were treated while there and i will... read more
