Great spot, affordable, only downside was the parking, not much of it. And it's paid parking with a minimum of 8hr and up to 1 day, no other options. Boba was awesome and they have dairy free DF options. They do add extra things into it life fruit and chia seeds so if you don't want those or are allergic maybe bring it up upon ordering. They also serve small bites of Asian food both savory and sweet. Mostly bao from like the Asian market and like dumplings and s other snacks from Costco. Service was super quick.
As far as I'm aware it's a literal mom and pop, in the sense that it's only run by a mom and her son(?). They're both very sweet, and I've been dropping by occasionally during work for the last 5 years. It's evident the guy still recognized me, despite it being literal years, which was incredibly sweet. They have cute plushies! And a little convenience store! It's in a very convenient location for a tasty drink every once in awhile.
