We have an older mid century ranch style home and these guys did a great job with roof, flashing and fascia installation. They left no mess and are very solid with communication through the process. Since this was an older home and needed extensive sheeting work done due to the minimal slope, it was a fair price for the extra materials and work. Excellent service. They sent a man out the next day for a small leak on our deck. Their employee applied some caulking and didn’t charge anything.
Josh came out to give me a price on a new roof. As part of the process he evaluated my existing roof and concluded that it probably has some life left in it. He was very knowledgeable and obviously very honest by potentially turning away or at least delaying an expensive project. Whe I do need the roof replaced Midcon will definitely get my business.
