Signed a contract. Was supposed to maintain home and manage Tennant. Completely dropped the ball. Claimed Tennant was too angry to manage. Never inspected home. Tennant stopped paying rent. She couldn’t collect payment even after reassuring me she could. I eventually informed her that my Tennant needs to be evicted and that’s when she persuaded me not too evict then cancelled out our contract. Stay away from this company !!! They will break their own legally binding contracts without batting an eye and avoid your calls. They send out people who are not legally certified to perform work on your home putting you and your family at risk. Renters and home owners beware !
