DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIDCITY HOMES! I signed a new build contract at Southstone Community (see their google page for more negative reviews) with MidCity Homes as the builder. The entire community is a scam and the homes that are standing have been in the same phase of construction for a full year and counting. I signed a contract 1/2023 with a move-in date of 12/2023 and went through the design and upgrades process and put down both earnest money and an upgrade deposit. They do not pay their subcontractors. The most unprofessional company I have ever work with.
