I have both bought and sold a house with Chad Barton, and both times the service was exemplary. I could not have asked for better service.
Justin Booth was an excellent agent. It took viewing lots of home and years to find a home. Purchased one with character, instead of dream home. Justin was always available to assist with Q&A and calling about homes for me. Handling negotiations and inquiries. He worked up paperwork very late at night so an offer could be placed homes. I highly recommend Justin and will use with next sell and purchase.
We were moving from FL to TX and decided to use Chad Barton as our realtor. We ended up grossly over paying for the home we bought, under his representation. From the onset, he was very nice and personable. We felt that we were taken advantage of and regret using him.
