We take chaim services. He was good at the start find us a tenants and sign with them on the contract and we have two good years with them. Half year before the end of the conract the tenants just left the apartment with a lot of demage and mess. Then we call chaim to get all the information that he have on them especially the information of the garuntee of the payment, from when we ask it from chaim, chaim stop answering our phone call, and don't give us answers by mail. Chaim was busy the Saturday we wanted to see the unit and the following Friday we wanted to see the unit again and sign the lease. Chaim was nice on the phone and his associate Aron was very nice but didn’t know much about the unit. It was listed as a unit with a dishwasher (pictured from another unit) and didn’t have one when we got there. The unit also listed as 1300 square feet but when we came back with our measuring tape to make sure we measured it at less than 850 sq feet and called Chaim to say we weren’t taking it. Joe was extremely helpful, understanding, and communicative. His approach to working together was forthright yet accommodating and understanding to my needs, an extremely uncommon pairing for most brokers (and businesses for that matter) that I've worked with in NY. My roommate and I had found a beautiful apartment (of great value) but due to a last minute health circumstance, had to pull out of the deal.
