I went on October 14. They didn't tighten the drain plug properly. Honda leaked oil, needed tow to my house. Upon inspection this morning. The plug fell right off, when the bottom tray was removed. The engine is ruined. Will speak to owner, and may pursue legal action-if they do not fix or replace the engine- due to their negligence.
