I want to give a HUGE shout out to Dawn Anderson from Midas Realty Group. I was going through A LOT at the time of my home sale and she stepped in and made the process smoother than I could have possibly imagined. She completely understood what I was going through and navigated the process for me. If you are looking for an understanding and attentive agent, Dawn is your agent.

Hi Dawn, I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I appreciate everything you’ve done. You’ve put a lot of time, effort, and patience into helping me with the West Court property, and I know it wasn’t always an easy transaction. Through all the questions, concerns, inspections, and challenges that came up, you stayed positive, kept me informed, and kept moving things forward. I assisted another person with the sale of their residence, which was one of the major reasons I chose her to help me find my residence. I worked directly with Dawn on the purchase of my residence. She is very professional, she was detail-oriented, and advised me when I was starting at a higher offer than I should have. She was right, she saw things I did not and communicated them to me, saving me money. She is the most honest real estate person I have dealt with in a long time. You can't lose with Dawn; she is awesome.
