Brought the car in for an inspection to find the source of a very loud buzzing noise that I figured was a a bad belt, pump, or brakes. They found a rock lodged where it was rubbing against the rotor and told me no charge. While sitting in the lobby I saw them give another customer the choices between a cheap loud muffler and a pricier quiet one and seemed very fair. This place is great! I highly recommend them. I brought my car in and once they had assessed the problems, they took me back and actually showed me the issues they found. They also showed me on paper everything that needed to be done, and then separated it by what was essential and what could wait. During this time, the employee helping me found me some coupons online which saved me even more money. I really appreciated their honesty and quality work. 5 stars!
These guys were great. My car broke down on Powers and I call and talked to Brian and after going through it all with him on the phone he found out that my car was still under warranty with GM. He got my vehc towed to the dealer and made sure I had a ride too. All this hard work for no cost, that is a honest person that I will deal with from now on! Thank you Brian for all that you do!
What! I recently went to midas and i will never go again. The manager was really a car salesman and will try to sell you things your car doesnt even have, and he will lie and say they did it. This is the third time theese crooks have done this. If i can give anyone any sound advice, it would be: DONT GO TO MIDAS!!
