Requested an appointment online and was given 11:00am, which was great and exactly what I asked for. Arrived at 10:55am to an empty car bay and not a soul in the office. Waited around until around 11:15am before leaving. Odd experience.
Great customer service and I'm always satisfied with the service in my car. Plus I'm always able to get an appointment with same day.
Wes was great to deal with start to finish and their team took good care of me and my car, getting to the root of my car's problem. Originally the work would have taken the weekend, but they busted it out in the same day. Saved me a huge headache of dealing with borrowing a car for the weekend! Thank you to you all!
Went in to have tires installed. When they told me I had limited options due to my rim size, I asked if they’d be willing to let’s me buy my own and just install them. After 3 days my tire was flat, and I had to fill the tire up and bring it back for inspection. The mechanic (with supposedly 15yrs experience) said there was nothing wrong. Within 30seconds of looking at it, I could see that air was leaking from the valve stem.
