These guys are great! They are honest and professional and take the time to make sure your are satisfied with your service. I've been getting my oil changes here for a couple years now and have had several parts replaced. I feel like I can trust them not to try to sell me something I don't need and honestly, I don't see myself trusting anyone else to work on my car.
Absolutely awful customer service. They performed a service that I did not ask for, and then preceded to harass me for not wanting to pay the extra fee. I got told not to argue, and that it's just money before the manager stepped in and waved the fee. I also specified the type of oil that I want used and they did not use the specified oil.
Seriously awesome/ fast service!
Went to fix my exhauat noise issue. The technician figured the issue out and fix within 10 mins. The heldesk person was also polite and honest with pricing. Will always go to Midas first whenever any issue comes with my car.
