I am in Traverse City a couple times a year. Only needed work done a couple of times. I was in town and needed some AC work done. It hard to find a shop that is honest, fast and thorough. Nick and his crew hooked me up in record time. If I ever need any work done in TC again. I am coming back to this shop.
Horrible place. If you go there make sure your mechanic has a valid license for working on your car. Owner pays employees in cash so one employee is collecting disability pay and getting paid from there. Ripping off the system.
John the owner has always bent over backwards for me! They do a great job every time I come in!
