I applied for a coupon on line. I typed in the exact year, make and model. I was approved for the '$29.95' discount. They called me and confirmed all my information including the details of the vehicle and set the appointment. We delivered the car and left the keys with them. When I came to pick it up, I was told "sorry, we can't use a synthetic blend in that car because of manufacturers recommendations". I was charged $45.56.
