This place goes through "managers" at a high rate which suggests the pressure from above to generate sales must be too stressful; their using unscrupulous sales devices and up-selling is the reason I stopped going. In any case, whenever I have gone here over the five or six years I have lived here, sometimes I have had good work done other times it's been really terrifically bad and no resolution when trying to make it right.
This auto place was a real rip off. When I came to get my car inspected they made up repairs that I needed and tried to scam me almost $2000 worth of unnecessary repairs. I went to another mechanic who said I needed to only fix ONE thing which cost me only $150. It was only because I was a woman did they felt the need to jack prices and intimidate me into thinking my car was going to break down if I didn't shell out $2000.
