Overbill us even though i pay every month on time for 5 years...on top of it they call my landlord saying bill isnt paid when i paid. In 5 years att eff mpted to disconnect me even though I paid due to them failing to communicate with their coworkers to withdrawal money out of my checking account
customer service is not helpful at all. Very upset with how they handle things.
Had a small gas leak outside our house in Tea tonight the technician Taylor was out within about 20 minutes. He was very efficient and professional. He had to change our valve and seal in the dark and cold and came in after to restart our furnace and fireplace. Great job and thank you for the great service Taylor!
