Told agent to turn off services to the house is was moving out of September 2nd and still in my name as of today. Supervisor said she looked at the call transcript and that I didn't request the power to be shut off. Asked for a copy of the call and said I need a court order. Shady!
Why is my electric bill $277.00 for a refrigerator, a box fan and a dehumidifier? Make it make sense!
Everyone has always be great to deal with anytime I've had to call. Their customer service is the best!
Gotta give a shout out to everyone at Mid-American. Been using their service for a long time. Always quick at fixing outages, never had an issue at my apt., and the people at Mid-American are hard workers and deserve a shout out since they service a storm prone area. Next time you see utility worker, give them thanks. They are working at night and in crazy weather to get you power. I have zero complaints about Mid-American. Always been good to me. Shame I have to go somewhere else since I'm moving. Hopefully the next company... read more
