While working in front of my house they damaged the gas line and came in to shut it off. Supposedly it was turned back on but nothing that requires gas (furnace, stove, water heater) is working. Yet I have been billed for gas usage. How is that possible. Waiting for someone to come out and see why I have no service.
Told agent to turn off services to the house is was moving out of September 2nd and still in my name as of today. Supervisor said she looked at the call transcript and that I didn't request the power to be shut off. Asked for a copy of the call and said I need a court order. Shady!
Why is my electric bill $277.00 for a refrigerator, a box fan and a dehumidifier? Make it make sense!
Everyone has always be great to deal with anytime I've had to call. Their customer service is the best!
