Worst company ever. They lost our applications for power at a new site from last October, but proceeded to go ahead with installing power and then decided to shut the power off because they are irresponsible & lost our applications. The list goes on & on of how bad of a company this is. Too bad you can’t pick your energy company. No way I would ever choose them.

Hooked up service for my place of business that does not have someone occupy full time. Person promised they would call 30 minutes in advance. Was given 8 minutes of heads up with a voice-mail saying they were there and I would now need to reschedule. The number was a restricted number so no way to contact installer to say I was on my way and just start with meter. Called in and had to be on hold 20 minutes before being told I would have to wait 3 days to get heat to my new shop even though installer did not follow 30 mi... read more

Moved out of an apartment July 31st. Informed both Mid American and my landlord I was leaving. It's now mid august and they are still trying to charge me money as if I'm in the unit. I've called 3 times now telling them I was not in the unit, it was not in my name, and I refuse to pay. They are continuing to harass me. I will NOT be paying my landlords bill. Call Bristol Ridge not me.
