Dr. Muccini and his staff are second to none. Dr literally saved my life by identifying a melanoma on my calf that I did not even know existed. Additionally, he took an active role in scheduling me for a very urgent surgery with a surgeon on the St. Luke’s campus. Dr. and his staff are extremely patient–focused and Dr takes the time to not only explain the importance of sunscreen, but aids the process by suggesting specific brands of product and clothing that should be worn in the sun. Total disregard of my time over and over. My wife and I both have had long waits, today 1 hour 20 minutes for me. Don’t overbook your schedule and his wouldn’t happen. I will find a new dermatologist
Terrible Experience and Disregard for Patient Time I am extremely disappointed with my recent appointment. I arrived on time and was taken back to an exam room, which I thought meant the doctor would be right in. However, I was left waiting in total, between the lobby and the exam room, for an astonishing 1.5 hours without ever seeing the doctor or receiving any care. I got to my appointment early and waited and waited and waited. I was misled by the staff and finally Dr. Muccini told me to leave if I didn't want to keep waiting 45 minutes of after the appointment . He was exceedingly rude. no one on the staff ever apologized for the delay.
Dr. Muccini is an amazingly friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I have been going to him for over 15 years.
